What types of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% virgin human hair including bone straight, curly, body wave, and deep wave textures. We also carry wigs (frontal, closure, full lace), hair extensions, and beauty products.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes! All our virgin hair can be dyed, bleached, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend professional coloring for best results.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos: Same-day to next day delivery. Other states: 1-3 business days. We ship nationwide across Nigeria.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₦100,000. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of ₦3,000.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy backed by our quality protection guarantee. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unaltered (HD lace uncut, hair unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact). Contact our concierge team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments.
